Hansson pinを用いた大腿骨頚部骨折の治療成績

Treatment of Femoral Neck Fractures with a Hansson Pin

　背景：大腿骨頚部骨折に対してHansson pinを用いて治療を行った．

　対象と方法：平成21年(2009)1月から平成23年(2011)12月の間に治療を行い，6カ月以上の経過観察が可能であった24例を対象とした．臨床所見と画像所見で評価を行った．

　結果：全例，歩行能力は維持あるいは1段階までの低下で保たれた．骨癒合は83％，再手術は5例であった．

　まとめ：骨癒合は良好であったが，再手術は比較的多く認めた．Hansson pinの設置位置の再確認が必要と考える．

　Background：We used Hansson pins to treat femoral neck fractures.

　Methods：We treated 24 cases between January 2009 and December 2010 that we were able to follow-up for 6 months or more.　We evaluated these cases on the basis of the clinical and radiographic findings.

　Results：Walking ability was maintained at the same level or one level lower.　The bone union rate was 83%.　Reoperation was performed in 5 cases.

　Conclusions：Hansson pins are a good treatment for femoral neck fractures.　The bone union rate was good, but a relatively large proportion of the patients required reoperation.　We think that it will be necessary to confirm the accuracy of the position in which the Hansson pins are inserted.
