幼児期に𦙾骨内反変形を呈した限局性線維軟骨異形成の1例

Infantile Tibia Vara Secondary to Focal Fibrocartilaginous Dysplasia : Case Report

　抄録：われわれは𦙾骨近位部に発生した限局性線維軟骨異形成の1例を経験した．症例は1歳男児で，右下腿内反変形を主訴に来院した．単純X線像は𦙾骨近位内側に周囲硬化像を伴った骨皮質欠損像を示し，同部位で𦙾骨の内反変形を認めた．特徴的なX線所見より本疾患と診断し，保存療法を行った．内反変形は経時的に徐々に矯正され，4歳時には脚長差は軽度残存するものの内反変形はほぼ消失した

　A 1-year-old boy with tibia vara secondary to focal fibrocartilaginous dysplasia (FFCD) was treated conservatively. He had a varus deformity of his right leg, and the plain radiographs showed the typical manifestations of FFCD：a focal radiolucent zone in the cortex of the proximal medial tibia and hypertrophy of the surrounding cortex with varus tibial deformity. Three years later, the deformity had resolved spontaneously. We recommend the conservative treatment for FFCD unless severe varus deformity with epiphysial injury of the tibia.
