抄録 血小板採取や酵素活性測定に伴う技術的因子および抗精神病薬の影響について充分吟味した上で分裂病者における血小板モノアミン酸化酵素活性を検討した。
対象にはICD-IXで分裂病と診断された75名を用いた。病型分類はDSM-IIIによった。重症度の評価はBrief Psychiatric Rating Scaleによった。
