抄録

　慢性期の統合失調症患者が，早急な結論判断バイアスを持つかどうかを検討した。早急な結論判断バイアスは，①情報収集バイアスと②確信度バイアスに分けられる。慢性期の統合失調症患者群は健常者群よりも，決断までの情報収集量が少なく，したがって，情報収集バイアスを持っていた。しかし，強い確信をすぐに持つことはなく，確信度バイアスは持たなかった。患者群は，情報を十分に収集した後でも，確信度が上がらなかった。

Summary

　In this study, “Jumping to Conclusions” bias in chronic patients with schizophrenic was investigated. This bias includes data-gathering bias and confidence bias.

　Chronic patients with schizophrenia gathered less data than normal subjects before making decisions, so they were biassed in this respect.

　However, it was found that these patients didn't immediately have a higher degree of confidence in their “conclusions” than normal subjects, so, in this respect, they had gathered sufficient data to reach a conclusion, the schizophrenic patients didn't experience an increase of confidence.
