甲状腺癌転移リンパ節周リンパ管：肉柱弁，弁勃起

The cervical paranodal lymphatics in thyroid carcinoma:valvular column, valvular erection

　所属リンパ節の転移が原疾患の予後判定上重要である。それよりも門部リンパ管内の癌侵襲が直要であるという考えがある^1）。

　この度，リンパ行性転移が多いとされる乳頭状腺癌における所属リンパ節の近傍リンパ管を観察したので，その成績を記すことにした。

In the cervical paranodal lymphatic vessels, there was often seen a marked column-like pro-liferation of the valvular portion. The included vessel is suggested in valvular closure to complete the valvular erection, not only as a vaso vasorum for the belonging valvular leaf.
