十二指腸乳頭部病変のX線診断

Roentgen Diagnosis of Lesions in the Pappilla of Vater

　乳頭部は十二指腸の内で独立した特殊の部位であって，X線的・内視鏡的にも特徴ある形態を示し，その病変の頻度も比較的多く，臨床上しばしば問題となる所である．

　本文では，まず筆者らの行なっている検査方法について述べ，ついで正常乳頭の基本的X線像について，2，3の点を検討し，併せて症例を中心に，この部の病変のX線診断について検討を加えてみる．

　The papillary region is a special site in the duodenum. It has characteristic features radiographically and endoscopically. The frequency of lesions involving it is relatively high. The authors have described their routine radiological procedure for the study of this region. First, the normal papilla of Vater is discussed : The descriptions of this area in the literature of anatomy are compared, and confusion in the nomenclature is pointed out. Analysis and measurements on actual duodenograms are performed and normal values are presented. The authors' view is expressed on the normal papilla of Vater, and its nomenclature. The authors have described, particularly, the longitudinal fold continuing distally from the papilla of Vater. Finally, radiological findings in the diseases of the papilla of Vater are discussed.
