Ⅱa+Ⅱc型の形成過程を追跡できた大腸sm癌の1例

Growth and Extension of Ⅱa+Ⅱc Type Colonic Cancer with Submucosal Invansion, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は49歳，女性．2年10か月の間，径6×5mmの無茎性隆起性病変から径11×10mmのⅡa+Ⅱcへ至った経過を注腸造影で追跡できた，横行結腸癌の症例である．切除材料では径9mmのsm_1cの浸潤度を示すsm癌であった．癌のdoubling timeは12.9か月で比較的発育速度の早い癌と考えられた．

　A 49-year-old woman developed cancer of the transverse colon, which was followed by barium enema for 2 years and 10 months. During this period of time, the gross appearance of the lesion changed from sessile type, 6 mm in diameter, to a flat-elevated type with a central depression (Ⅱa + Ⅱc), 11mm in diameter. Examination of the resected specimen showed that the lesion was 9 mm in diameter with slight invasion into the submucosal layer. The doubling time of this cancer lesion was calculated as 12.9 months.
