In the Corridor of a Hospital:
Dr. A(Medical Resident):The next patient for you to see is a 50-year-old housewife who was admitted here two days agow ith a chief complaint of periumbilical pain for the past five days. Five days ago, she developed a periumbilical pain associated with some loose bowel movements.* At first, her family physician was not impressed* with her condition.* He thought it to be gastrointestinal flu.* However, he decided to send her here two days after the onset of the symptoms.
