要旨

　心電図計測の際に健常人の1-5％に認められる早期再分極波形は，心室細動の発症と密接に関連があるため注目されるようになっている。早期再分極波形を呈する健常人に対しては，失神の既往歴や突然死の家族歴などの病歴を把握するべきである。致死的不整脈を呈した症例では，蘇生後にしばしば集中治療を必要とする。

　Early repolarization waveforms on electrocardiography are observed in 1-5％ of healthy individuals, and the close relationship between these waveforms and the onset of ventricular fibrillation is a focus of increasing attention. It is very important for healthy individuals with early repolarization waveforms to obtain their complete and accurate medical histories, including instances of disorders such as syncope and a family history of sudden death. Individuals who experience potentially fatal arrhythmia often require intensive care following their resuscitation.
