要旨 食中毒菌のうち腸炎ビブリオ，エロモナス，黄色ブドウ球菌による腸炎について大腸内視鏡所見を中心に述べた．腸炎ビブリオ腸炎では大腸の罹患率は全体に低く，Bauhin弁の腫大，びらん，終末回腸のびらんが高率にみられ，本症に特徴的所見であった．エロモナス腸炎は大腸の罹患率は全体に高く，なかでもS状結腸が最高で，病変は散在性，アフタ性，縦走性，輪状性，びまん性いずれもみられ，縦走性病変では虚血性大腸炎に類似した．ブドウ球菌腸炎のうち菌交代性以外では左側大腸ないし右側大腸にみられ，病変はびまん性ないし縦走性で，縦走性病変は右側大腸に限局するものもあるが虚血性大腸炎に類似した．エロモナス腸炎，ブドウ球菌腸炎は内視鏡所見からは他の感染性腸炎や虚血性大腸炎との鑑別は困難であった．
We described colonoscopic findings of enterocolitis caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Aeromonas and Staphylococcus aureus. In patients of Vibrio parahaemolyticus enterocolitis we often recognized erosion and edema on Bauhin's valve and erosion in the terminai ileum, but the mobidity was low in the large intestine. In patients with Aeromonas enterocolitis the mobidity was high in the sigmoid colon, and in patients with no assoiation with antibiotics who suffer from Staphylococcal enterocolitis the lesion was seen both in the left-side and right-side large intestine. As specific endoscopic findings were not seen in Aeromonas and Staphylococcal enterocolitis, endoscopical differentiation from other diseases was difficult.
