原発不明癌オリゴ転移に対しS-1併用放射線療法により局所制御を得た1例

A case of local control achieved with S-1 combined radiotherapy for oligometastatic cancer of unknown primary

原発不明癌は一般的に予後良好群と予後不良群に分かれる^1）。治療には集学的治療が求められ，放射線治療は局所治療，緩和的治療などの役割を担う^1）2）が，化学放射線療法としての線量処方やレジメンは明確には定まっていない。今回我々は，S-1併用放射線療法により原発不明癌オリゴ転移の局所制御を得た1例を経験した。化学放射線療法のレジメンの選択肢となる可能性について，文献的考察を含めて報告する。

Cancer of unknown primary（CUP）encompasses wide variety of neoplasms, and this is generally categorized into groups with the favorable or poor prognoses. The diagnosis requires detailed examinations and investigations, and the treatment necessitates multidisciplinary approaches. Radiotherapy plays roles in local and palliative treatment, but the dose prescriptions and regimens for chemoradiotherapy remain poorly defined. We report on achieving the local control of oligometastatic CUP with S-1-combined radiotherapy, including a review of the literature.
