成人の橈骨遠位端骨折では尺骨茎状突起骨折と三角線維軟骨複合体（TFCC）損傷を合併して遠位橈尺関節（DRUJ）の不安定性を生じることがあり，その治療にあたっては橈骨遠位端骨折の整復固定とともに尺骨茎状突起や三角靱帯の修復を行う必要がある1～4）．同様の病態は小児でも起こりうるが，その診断と治療に関する詳細な報告は渉猟しうる限りなかった．われわれは橈骨遠位骨端線損傷に尺骨茎状突起骨折および尺骨小窩裂離骨折を合併し，DRUJの不安定性を生じた2例を経験したので紹介する．
