急性心不全を呈した心臓原発内膜肉腫の1例

Surgical Treatment of Primary Cardiac Intimal Sarcoma：Report of a Case

はじめに　心臓原発悪性腫瘍はまれな疾患であり，その中でも内膜肉腫は報告例が少なく，知見の集積が求められている．われわれは急性心不全を呈した心臓内膜肉腫に対して手術加療を行い，再発の徴候なく経過している1例を経験したため報告する．

Primary cardiac malignant tumor is rare and is associated with poor survival. We report a case of primary cardiac intimal sarcoma. A 41-year-old-man was admitted to our hospital with congestive heart failure. We performed tumor resection under emergency. The pathological diagnosis of the resected tumor was cardiac intimal sarcoma. There have been few reports of cardial intimal sarcoma, and the frequency of its occurrence and prognosis are unknown. Surgery and postoperative radiation therapy may improve the prognosis.
