ストーマを造設した片麻痺患者に対するストーマ装具装着用自助具の紹介

An assistive device for a hemiplegic patient with permanent digestive stoma

要旨：人工肛門(以下，ストーマ)を造設した片麻痺患者に対して，ストーマ装具装着の自立を目的とした自助具を考案したので紹介する．事例は60歳，男性である．一般にストーマ装具の交換には両手動作が必要であるが，事例はストーマ造設後に脳梗塞を発症し右片麻痺となった．そのためストーマ装具の装着が困難であったが，自助具によりストーマ装具の装着が自立した．本自助具に使用した主な材料はアクリル板とナイロンベルトであり，量販店で安価で購入でき製作時間もあまりかからない．事例がストーマ装具の装着にかかる時間はわずか約2分であり，受け入れは良好であった．事例にとって本自助具が有効であったと考えられる．

　This paper introduces an assistive device for a 60-year-old male hemiplegic patient with permanent digestive stoma. In general, it is necessary to put on stoma equipment with both hands. In this case, the subject suffered cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) after a stoma operation, and experienced difficulty in putting on the stoma equipment with one hand. Using the assistive device, he was able to put on the stoma equipment by himself. The advantages of making an assistive device with acrylic sheets and a nylon belt include general accessibility, low cost and ease of construction. As it only took about two minutes to put it on by himself, the patient's satisfaction was high, and this assistive device was effective.
