乳癌の硬膜転移に続発した非外傷性慢性硬膜下血腫の1例

Nontraumatic Chronic Subdural Hematoma due to Dural Metastases of Breast Cancer:Case report

I．はじめに

　われわれは乳癌摘出5年後に肝転移を認め，ホルモン療法後に発症した非外傷性慢性硬膜下血腫で，剖検により硬膜に転移を認め，さらに左後頭葉に腫瘍塞栓性梗塞を合併した稀な1例を経験したので報告し，本症の成因について若干の考察を加える．

A case of nontraumatic chronic subdural hematoma due to obstruction of dural vessels by tumor cells is presented and 25 reported cases are reviewed.

A 39-year-old female was referred for headache, vomiting, disturbance of consciousness and right homonymous hemianopia with macular sparing. She had undergone mammectomy for medullary nodular carcinoma of the left breast five years before. She had been treated with combined hormonal therapy and chemotherapy for the cancer metastases to the liver in preceeding six months.
