　抄録：外傷性肩関節前方不安定症に対する鏡視下Bankart修復術が盛んに行われるようになってきた．筆者は1997年以降，suture anchorを用いた鏡視下Bankart修復術を行ってきた．Suture anchor法の利点はBankart病変の解剖学的修復が容易な点であるが，一方，anchor糸が絡まりやすく，術中操作が煩雑であった．Anchor糸の整理方法として，一般的にはworking portalを前方に作成し，anchor糸を整理する前方two portal法が用いられている．筆者はサイズの異なる2種類のcannulaを前方portalとして使用することによって前方one portalでanchor糸を整理するMother and Baby Cannulation法を用いている．本法はworking portalを作成することなく，簡便かつ確実にanchor糸が整理できる方法であり，最小侵襲に行える方法であると考える．
