Ⅱc＋Ⅱa型早期大腸癌の1例

Ⅱc＋Ⅱa Type Early Colon Cancer, Report of a Case

要旨　早期大腸癌の形態は大部分が隆起型をとると考えられてきた．しかしながら最近，陥凹成分を有する早期癌が報告されるようになり，大腸癌の発育・進展の面からも，その存在意義が注目されるようになった．直腸癌手術後，注腸検査を3回施行し，3年後にIlc+Ila型の早期大腸癌が発見された症例を経験した．組織型は高分化腺癌と低分化腺癌が混在しており，ly₂，v₂，壁深達度sm，n₁(＋)であった．

　There have been few reports on depressed type early colorectal cancer. Our case described here was classified into Ⅱc＋Ⅱa type. Histologically, the lesion was composed of well differentiated adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma without a portion of adenoma.
