線状の発赤で発見した陥凹型早期大腸癌の1例

A Depressed Early Colon Cancer that was Found in Light Linear Redness, Report of a Case

要旨　従来から陥凹型早期大腸癌の存在診断の手がかりは内視鏡的に円形，類円形，長円形など面を有する淡い発赤や褪色などの色調の変化，陥凹，変形，血管透見像の消失，易出血性であるとされてきたが，発見の手がかりが“面”というよりも，線状の淡い発赤で発見した陥凹型早期大腸癌（6×2mm）を経験したので報告した．本例のX線像は細長い，やや不整な淡いバリウム斑と，その周囲に透亮像が描出された．線状発赤が発見の手がかりとなる陥凹型の存在に注意が必要である．

　It has been stated that a clue for endoscopic discovery of depressed early cancer is light redness (round, oval), paleness, depression, deformity, loss of visible vascular pattern, friability. We report a case of a depressed early cancer (6×2mm) that was found in light linear redness. The radiologic finding of this lesion was a linear, irregular shaped barium fleck with surrounding radiolucency. It is important to note that linear redness is also a clue for the discovery of depressed early cancer.
