在宅認知症者の介護者が経験する作業機能障害と介護負担感およびBPSDとの関連性に関する横断的研究

The relationship between a caregiver's occupational dysfunction, caregiver burden, and BPSD in dementia patients at home: A cross-sectional study

要旨：本研究の目的は，認知症介護者の作業機能障害の実態と介護負担感，BPSDとの関連性を明らかにすることである．在宅の認知症者を介護する人を対象に横断的調査研究を行った．結果，作業機能障害は，男性，認知症者との関係性が不良な人に多かった．CAOD，J-ZBI_8，NPI-Qには正の相関が認められ，CAODはJ-ZBI_8と関連する有効な指標であった．認知症介護において，作業機能障害とBPSDと介護負担感には関係があり，作業機能障害の重症度はBPSDを考慮したうえでも介護負担感の高さと関連する可能性が示唆された．

　The aim of this study was to clarify the actual status of occupational dysfunction in dementia caregivers and its relationship to the sense of burden of caregiving and BPSD. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on caregivers of dementia patients at home. The results showed that occupational dysfunction was more common among males and those who had a poor relationship with the person with dementia. Positive correlations were found among CAOD, J-ZBI_8, and NPI-Q. CAOD was a valid indicator associated with J-ZBI_8. In dementia caregiving, there was an association between occupational dysfunction, BPSD, and the sense of caregiving burden, suggesting that the severity of occupational dysfunction may be associated with a higher sense of caregiving burden even after taking BPSD into account.
