副中大脳動脈に合併した内頸動脈瘤の1例

A Case of Accessory Middle Cerebral Artery associated with Internal Carotid Artery Aneurysm

Ⅰ．はじめに

　副中大脳動脈とは，内頸動脈や前大脳動脈から起こり，中大脳動脈主幹と平行に側方に走り中大脳動脈領域の一部に分布する異常動脈を言う．

　1962年Crompton^2）により初めて記載されたこの異常動脈は，現在までに文献上約50例を見るに過ぎない^{2,4-9,11-17）}．更に脳動脈瘤との合併は8例^{2,5,9,11,12,14,16）}と，はなはだ珍らしいものである．

A case of accessory middle cerebral artery associated with internal carotid artery aneurysm was reported.

A 50-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with complaints of headache, nausea, vomiting and conciousness disturbance. Lumbar puncture showed bloody CSF.
