膀胱エンドメトリオーシスの1例

Vesical Endometriosis:A Case Report

　症例は27歳，未婚女性。軽度の不正性器出血と下腹部痛を主訴として，当院婦人科を受診した。経腔的超音波検査で膀胱内に突出する腫瘤を指摘され，当科へ紹介された。膀胱鏡検査では，後壁に正常と思われる膀胱粘膜に覆われた栂指頭大・広基性の腫瘤を認め，腫瘤の一部は暗青色に透見された。経尿道的腫瘤切除術を施行し，病理組織学的に膀胱エンドメトリオーシスと診断された。

A 27-year-old unmarried woman visited the gynecologic department of our hospital with genital bleeding and mild lower abdominal pain. She was referred to us because of a bladder mass detected on transvaginal ultrasonography.She had no episode of gross hematuria and dysmenorrhea.Cystoscopy revealed a thumb-tip sized submucosal mass appearing Partly dark blue in color, located at the posterior wall. Transurethral resection was performed. Histopatho-logical diagnosis was endometriosis.
