尿閉を主訴とした処女膜閉鎖症

ATRESIA HYMENALIS WITH URINARY RETENTION

　尿閉を主訴とした12歳女児の処女膜閉鎖症を経験した。診断および合併症の有無の検索には，腹部超音波検査とMRIが有用であった。本症は，処女膜切開にて排尿状態の速やかな改善が認められることより，思春期女児の排尿障害の原因疾患として本症を念頭に置き診察することが重要であると考えられた。

A 12-year-old girl presented with urinary retention. A clinical diagnosis of atresis hymenalis was obtained by transabdominal ultrasonogram and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Various urinary symptoms associated with atresia hymenalis were completely disappeared by hymenal incision. We belieive atresia hymenalis should be considered as one of the causative diseases in a girl at puberty with a complaint of difficult urination.
