緒言

　外陰部の奇型を伴う真性半陰陽の症例は比較的幼少時に小児科や泌尿器科を受診し，精査を受ける機会に恵まれ，外性器や内性器の状態，geneticsex,somaticまたはlegal sexを参考として患児に対して適切な手術療法がなされているのが現況である。

　われわれは矮小ではあるが陰茎を有し，右陰嚢内容欠損と女性乳房の症例の精査で，真性半陰陽と診断して腹腔内の女性付属器を摘出し，術後男性ホルモン療法としてフルオキシメステロンを使用して良好な外性器の発育と二次性徴の出現を認めたきわめてまれな症例を経験したので，その臨床検査成績と治療内容について報告する。

The patient was 14-year old male by family registry and social recognition with chief complaints of micropenis, defect of right scrotal content and gynecomastia. In laboratory findings, sex chromatin was 22% positive and sex chromosome test revealed 46 XX. A cordy substance seemingly a uterine tube and two masses of the size of a nut and a little finger were proved by laparotomy of intrapelvic cavity.

Histological findings of excised specimen were vagina, uterine tube and ovary.
