外鼻悪性腫瘍に対する再建方法

Methods of Reconstruction for Nasal Malignant Tumor

　はじめに

　外鼻は顔面の中央に位置し，他の部分より突出しているため，顔貌を特徴づける種々の要素のなかでもっとも重要な役割をもっているもののひとつである^1）。外鼻悪性腫瘍の切除後に生じた欠損に対する修復再建には術後の外見的な面だけでなく，機能的な面も重視して計画を立てるべきである。

　今回われわれは前額正中皮弁を用いて再建した外鼻悪性腫瘍症例を経験したので，これを提示し，外鼻悪性腫瘍に対する再建方法につき考察を加える。

The midline forehead flap is an excellent option for facial reconstruction. It gives good functional restoration and cosmesis. We used this procedure in a 63-year-old male patient who underwent resection of a squamous cell carcinoma in the right nasal vestibule and nasal column. The flap was in harmony with the adjacent tissue in color and texture, and the scars in the forehead were inconspicuous. Nasal function as a respira-tory pathway was also restored. We considered that the midline forehead flap is, though a two-stage procedure, one of the most useful techniques for nasal reconstruction.
