リンパ組織の増殖を伴った回盲部非特異性炎症性腫瘤の1手術例

A Case of Chronic Appendictis, Typhlitis and Ileitis with Lymphoid Hyperplasia

　回盲部における非特異性炎症性腫瘤については，比較的数多くの症例が報告されているが，各報告者によりその名称も種々で，またその病態に関しても明らかでない点が多い．

　われわれは，回盲部に腫瘤を形成し回盲部リンパ組織の著明な増殖を伴った慢性虫垂，盲腸，回腸炎と考えられる興味ある1症例を経験したので報告する．

　Chronic appendictis, typhilitis and ileitis with lymphoid hyperplasia was seen in a 27-year-old male who came to the hospital with a chief complaint of a mass in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. The preoperative diagnosis was carcinoma of the cecum and the right hemicolectomy was performed. The pathological examintion of the excised specimen revealed that the mass was due to chronic appendicitis, typhlitis and ileitis with marked lymphoid hyperplasia. A report of the case with a review of the literature is made in this paper.
