①回盲部の非特異性多発性潰瘍の1例

A Case of Non-specific Multiple Ulcers in the Caecum

　回盲部は解剖学的にも特異な形態と機能を有し，しかも良性，悪性ともに病変の好発する部位である，殊に近年注目されてきたクローン病，腸結核など腸の潰瘍性病変の好発部位である．われわれは回腸終末部，バウヒン弁，上行結腸にわたって多発した一部潰瘍瘢痕を含む非特異性潰瘍の1例を経験したので報告する．

　A 18-year-old boy was admitted to our hospital because of the right-lower abdominal pain.

　He had no history of diarrhea, melena, fever, weight loss, or signs of Behçet's disease.

　Barium-filled pictures and barium enema revealed clover leafformation in the terminal ileum and niche in the ascending colon.

　The resected specimen showed several ulcers and ulcer-scars in the terminal ileum, caecum and ascending colon. One of them in the ascending colon was 4×2 cm in size, oral side of which was surrounded by the scarring zone.

　Histologically, those ulcers and scars were non-specific ulcers, showing Ul-Ⅱ～Ⅳ in depth.
