経鼻的局所麻酔薬浸潤による翼口蓋神経節ブロックが有効であった小児の慢性頭痛1症例

A Case of Chronic Headache in a Child Who Benefited from Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block by Intranasal Local Anesthetic Infiltration Anesthesia

要旨

　近年，成人の慢性頭痛や硬膜穿刺後頭痛の治療法の一つとして経鼻的局所麻酔薬浸潤による翼口蓋神経節ブロックの有用性が報告されている。今回，小児の脳脊髄液漏出症が疑われた慢性頭痛で薬物治療の効果が乏しく，経鼻的局所麻酔薬浸潤による翼口蓋神経節ブロックが有効であった1症例を経験したので報告する。

　Recent reports have highlighted the usefulness of sphenopalatine ganglion block by intranasal local infiltration anesthesia as a treatment for chronic headache or post-dural puncture headache in adults. In this report, we describe a pediatric patient with chronic headache who did not respond well to drug therapy, but benefited from sphenopalatine ganglion block by intranasal local infiltration anesthesia.
